Concord High School 59, Brandywine High School 48

01/16/2010 – The Concord High School Boy’s Varsity Basketball defeated Brandywine High School team. The score was 59 to 48 in a league contest played at Brandywine High School.

DE: In a Flight A showdown the Concord Raiders improve their record to
8-2 overall and 5-1 in Flight A behind Jordan DuPree’s 20 points, 15 by
Quincy Pettiford and 10 Keith Yancey as they defeated the Brandywine
Bulldogs by a 59-48 score on Brandywine’s home court.

For
Brandywine in the defeat at 6-3 overall and 4-2 in Flight A, Jordan
Purnell led the Bulldogs with 13 points, 10 by Jesiah Staples, 9 Tomir
Gibbs and Marlon Jarmon.

Concord will be at William Penn on
Tuesday January 19, 2010 while Brandywine will host Christiana on
Friday, January 22, 2010 both games are at 5:15 pm
